# Privacy Policy

This placeholder describes that PEC Market collects the data you provide to register, verify your business and run a deal, keeps it to operate the service and meet legal obligations, and does not sell it. The real policy will state exactly what is collected, the legal basis, retention periods, sub-processors, and how to exercise your data rights.
