# Terms of Service

These placeholder Terms describe, in plain filler, that by using PEC Market you agree to use it lawfully, that PEC Market records and facilitates trade-finance transactions but is not a bank and does not itself hold your money, and that access can be suspended for misuse. Real terms, drafted by counsel, will set out the parties' rights and obligations, liability, governing law and dispute resolution.
